The right to terminate your access to the site and to refuse service to any one is absolute and under the complete discretion of Kabra Lights.

3. Non-Commercial Use by Members/Viewers:

A) Kabra Lights claims immunity from liability to the fullest extent under the law and as provided under the law for all content on the Site, included, but not limited to, content provided by third parties and viewers and nothing in this agreement is intended to waive, remove, or usurp such immunity. E) You must use the www.witch-lovespells.com site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

12. Jurisdiction and Arbitration of Disputes:
Any and all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use and/or your relationship with Kabra Lights and/or your use of this site shall be submitted to binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties to the arbitration shall evenly divide any and all costs of the arbitration. Neither party shall be entitled to attorney fees. All parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction in New York, New York. The arbitration shall take place exclusively in Los Angeles and shall be governed by California law without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The Sites are controlled and operated by Kabra Lights from its offices within the State of California, United States of America. Kabra Lights makes no representation that materials in the Sites are appropriate or available for use in other locations and other countries. Those who choose to access the Sites from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such State. Any action you, any third party or Kabra Lights may bring to enforce this agreement or, in connection with, any matters related to this site shall be brought only in either the state or Federal Courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. References to Kabra Lights shall include its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees. Kabra Lights’ failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
